Reading some twitter feeds you can’t help but wonder how long these people will be in business, calling customers, co-workers and anyone else all kind of very unpleasant names.
It may be worth thinking not only about how social media can help you grow your business, but at the same token how it can destroy it too, if you put your (un-) professionalism on public display.
