When you run your own business it might seem like there is not enough time to get everything done. Time is in fact the most valuable asset to a small business owner – as revealed in the infographic below – even more so than having a website or owning a computer!
Nearly half of all the business owners surveyed were performing 3 to 4 employee roles all by themselves just to keep the business operational and another 45% were carrying out even more roles than that. “Acccountant” was perhaps unsurprisingly the role that they enjoyed the least.
Fragmentation is also a huge problem, with inefficient communication and lack of planning causing trouble for small businesses too.
