This is a classic quote from US statesman, orator and lawyer Daniel Webster from one of his speeches to the Senate in 1834 that still makes perfect sense today. You can’t force your customers to trust you. The only way you can win them over is by providing what they need, giving them exactly what they require and being consistent.
