If that is not an option consider hiring some new, younger staff who should have a totally different perspective on your company and may be able to infuse it with a jolt of energy.</description>

Oh, and get the mentoring and personal access to make it happen as safely as possible. This way big change doesn&#039;t have to mean big risk.</description>
