As this example shows you that will not prevent some unscrupulous people to scam others, our name, reputation and business suffers greatly because of this.

You need however be sure not to violate anybodies trademark, and if you have enough money you can also register your trademark.

But as a bootstrapper this would be fairly low on my list.
