I know how hard it can be to maintain your commitment to this philosophy – it gets harder every-time you hire someone, too.

But the rewards speak for themselves, so training your staff and making them understand the importance of good customer care is most important.

From my own personal experience as a virtual assistant, I can tell you that there is no better feeling than “delighting” your client! You have to treat your client as if he/she is the only client you have. I try so hard to maintain this philosophy and have had clients for years – it works!
