		<description>This is a nice checklist Stefan. I especially like how you made a point of including bad debts. Some business people have the horribly bad habit of down playing or even leaving out their instances of bad debt when putting together their business prospectus and you couldn’t make a worse mistake. Not only are you only fooling yourself, it’s a red falg to bankers and other prospective investors that you’ll hide similar losses in the future. Not a good beginning.</description>
