A company with bad leadership is also unable to retain key staff. According to the infographic, a staggering 73% of people have left their jobs as a result of poor leaders.
But what can a leader do to keep staff happy? Well, apparently 77% of them would just like more recognition for what they do. Some of the ideas suggested by the infographic include perhaps developing an employee recognition program or to start valuing employees more as people instead of just employees.
